i'd like to introduce myself as a new member. after an unfortunate accident (literally) with my beloved mkII volkswagen GLi, i am now a volvo owner. i bought a 1994 N/A 940. very clean, and well kept, and very plush, and soft...almost executive likeincomparissonto the stiff-no-body-roll-buzz-bomb GLi. now, i got this car with an objective: reliable transport ( ihope), and comfort. the plan is to later on get a little VW GTi.</P>


don't get me wrong. i love the volvo. im still getting used to backing into parking spots, and judging parallel parking (this thing makes KILLER U- turns!!!). it would be nice, however, if the 940 was a bit faster and a little stiffer.</P>
