My 1995 940 vibrates at 25-30 mph. Replaced driveshaft support and bearing and the 3 yokes on vehicle
and still have problems.

 

did you check for tire issues (ie do a front/rear rotation to see if anything changes or have a shop spin balance)? Have you checked motor mounts? I'd also think the wheel bearings or the differential bearing could cause vibrations.
