For the past few weeks, I noticed the passenger floor has been saturated. Yesterday I took the panel beneath the glove box off, and ran the car with a/c on for about 1/2 hr, but only a few drops of water fell. This morning I took off more paneling and was able to see a slow drip (1 droplet about every 4 seconds). (The car was not driven today) I’ve included a picture of the location of the drip. Can someone please identify what this is, and how to remediate?

I poked around some more, and after loosening the front right nut on the cabin air filter box, a bunch of water poured out. I felt around the back, and can see 2 ends of a black tube.
So many questions...
Are these tubes supposed to connect to an elbow? Be fed through a tunnel somewhere?
What is the source of the water?
Do I need to replace the cabin air filter, or would a blow out of the tubes fix it?
It might be helpful to add that I started seeing the water on the floor shortly after I had the catalytic converter replaced. Is this just a coincidence?
Could the water be from the a/c evaporator drain? Isn't the access plug right near the catalytic converter? When the shop replaced the cat converter a few weeks ago, could they have done something to cause the water?
