Though we see rains twice a year for 2 or 3 days, but in these days I see passenger side area get wet with water.

On today's inspection I found out that passenger side area's Air vent near the wind screen (Outside) is filled with rain water...while the other one is ok.

Any idea which is the thing clogged there making my passenger side wet and smelly in rainy days.
