Default leaking water on passenger side

Aloha,
I have a 2002xc and my car is not leaking on the passenger side like a sive. It looks like the leak might be coming up high. I can feel water under the plastic on the dash on that side. I checked to see if water was flowing down the windshield where all the water goes and it is flowing right under the car. Not sure what the problem is but the other day I had 2 inches of water on the passenger side. I had left the car parked outside and it rained all evening. HELP!!!

I thought it might be heater core but no smell and no water loss. I live in Hawaii and it really rains sometimes.
