Default whats up forum

hey everyone, I just wanted to say hello. I have a 98 volvo s70glt, it is my first volvo after many years of BMW ownership. I decided to try Volvo out. Any mod suggestions are welcomed. My car is bone stock other than the ABS/Trac module upgrade.

Welcome to the forum. I do believe the 1998 Volvo s70 GLT is a turbo model. An LPT (Low Pressure Turbo) but a turbo model. You can correct me if I am wrong.

1. What is your budget for mods?

2. What is your Hp goal? If engine mods are what your wanting to do. Or do you want to do exterior, interior, suspension modifications?

Please use these two threads which will greatly help you in your search.

https://volvoforums.com/m_38606/tm.htm

Again these two threads will help you out greatly. Also search the forum first for threads on what your looking for. Also post in these threads if an answer isn't answered or if you want more clarification.

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum, I wish you find it resourceful.

Be sure to follow scheduled maintenance on your S70, especially the timing belt & its related components. I would replace them at every 70,000 miles or every 5 years.

Best of luck to you & your Volvo,

JPN
