Got my first Volvo in September 2021 after years of MBs.

Big mistake !

Front and rear parking sensors failed.
Two days later car died completely.
Dealer started it and reset the software- seemed ok.
Now “ Searching for GPS” has appeared on the screen with no maps or sat nav facility available.

Volvo UK have offered service vouchers as compensation which are useless as I have already paid for a service plan.

Any suggestions as to how I reset the GPS without visiting the dealership, as they have already done that and I have no confidence in them?
