Inconsistent Boost
No i changed to the heavy duty one because my orginal was broken, it would NEVER go over 5 psi with the stock tcv. I dont really want to go buy a new stock TCV just to see if its my IPD one failing. I guess if thats my only option I might have to do it then.
If you have a friend close to you, borrow his TCV and try swapping. or go to a junk yard.....should be nomore than $20.
Call IPD, or talk to Lucky over at Swedespeed.com I beleive they were having some problems with them.....like tech has mentioned.....

I don't have any friends with an s60 but my mom drives an XC90 T6, would i be able to swap the TCV off of hers to see if thats my problem?
Also got another diagnostic code, hopefully leads me in the right direction to this problem.
Code p1132, front o2 sensor (signal too high). Ive searched the forums on this code aleady and vacuum leaks, MAF sensor and other stuff were mentioned, but Im pretty sure my spark plugs are originals and my car has 190 000 km now so its time to change them isnt it? Think I should change them first or go after the other things like MAF?
Also i've been looking around for 02 sensors, found them pretty cheap compared to FCP Groton on this other site,

Is it safe to buy this? or is it junk?

Ok so i switched the TCV from the t6 xc90 with my IPD one and it didnt make a difference on the solid boost control. It still would spike around 15 but then die down to 6-7 psi max instead of 5. So exact same symptoms just an extra pound or so because of the different TCV I imagine. I installed new 02 sensors which has made a difference, its not perfect but instead of holding full boost for only a second or two it will hold for about 4-5 seconds now.
How about my fuel system? My injectors, fuel pump and fuel filter are all orgininal and my car is now at 193 000 km's. Could it cut down to 5 pounds of boost because the fuel pump or filter is causing restrictions?
I notice that if i am in 4th gear for instance at a speed appropriate for 3rd gear and i go wide open throttle my boost will build up and hold steady at 11 psi, but if I let off the pedal a tad then go WOT again quickly my boost push's up to 15 pounds then drops back down to 11 steady.
Now i still get the 5 psi limit, but more so when im going wot from an appropriate gear such as third gear at 80km/h. Just thought id mention that other part incase it sparks any ideas to what the problem is.

Sounds like my problem. Look at all your turbo hoses, and you're getting any oil squirts from under the oil cap, or drips anywhere else?
I've heard the oil pan o-ring gasket can wear out and cause problems.
Your definitely sure it's not general maintenance?
fuel filter
spark plugs
distributor/rotor
fluids... etc.
pcv system has been done once?
If i ever figure out mine, i'll let you know but those were issues i eliminated
