Hello my name is Chris im new to the Forum and volvos alike however I am not new to Racing or performance autos as I drag race and used to street race. A little tros infofore the question is I have a 99 Volvo c70 2.4 turbo automatic 4 speed I believe convertible. I kno its not a race car but my goal should be resonable to reach. I live in louisville ky and we have a bad ricer problem here and honestly im tired of the stangs and camaro crews being the only ones who can exterminate them or at least make them think twice. My goal is to have my daily driver c70 capable of beating a majority of the civics and what not from light to light while staying classy and not destroying gas mielage or daily driving capabilities, something that will make them follow me to the parking lot and go " bro Whats in that thing" any advice? Buy an MBC, set boost to zero. That'll show em.

 

Install MBC and set to 12 lbs. Install new spring in BOV. Adjust the waste gate rod to open later. Go to IPD USA for performance parts and tips.

 

Thank you ill have to check that out it just blew the head gasket so im swappin my race truck back to as much of a daily driver as i can its alot cheaper lol
