Yes this has been answered many times over before. Do a little SEARCHING. If not here on other forums such has Volvospeed.com
Anyways you can, but it isn't worth it.
1. It will take a lot of money
2. It will take many parts to complete and do it right.
Your best bet is to sell your car and buy a turbo model with the money you get from selling your car.
