Thought id share some pics of my water injection install on my volvo, Taking my time and doing everything right and adding a few bits to my approval the install time was around 6hrs. I used the line coming from the windshield washer and put it into the water injection pump, my windshield washer is still functional. I put a check valve farther up to prevent the pump from sucking in air from the nozzles.

No idea haven't checked before. I also have a manual boost controller on it have it set at 14psi
