Buying XC90 but need information
I'm (well, my wife is) planning on buying a 2007 XC90 with about 93K miles. Price is a little over $10,000.
We have a 2001 V70 with 177K miles but she does not feel comfortable when she travels for work. V70 has had some problems so she's always wanted an XC90.
Is there anything that current XC90 owners or aficionados can tell me about the 2007 XC90 with 93K? Thank you in advance.
Also need a reliable site to check VIN number. There are so many out there!!

Ask the seller to provide a Carfax report for the car. That will tell you how many owners, whether it had dealer servicing, insurance claims etc. Its all based on the VIN. If you know the VIN you can get the report - but there's a $40 fee... You can also input the VIN and their website will tell you how many records it found on that car (ie a record being a change to the registration, a maintenance event etc).
