my 2000 s 70 stalls in idle and slugish while driving. Its the first time happening. I have to admit it was low on gas and it happened just right after I got gas. Could it be the gas line? Gas filter? Injectors? Or ignitions coil? It seems only on one cylender miss fire that cause to stall. Any help appriciated. If I am looking into the engine stamding up right facind the gril, which cylender is # 1 cylaneder? fardest to my left or to my right?

 

The #1 cyl. is the farthest to your left facing the grill.
