Default replace sunroof gasket?

this past summer I cleaned out both the sunroof drains on the sides of the windshield.
I was in both a heavy rain & a car wash recently and had leakage through the upper console & on my shoulder. i looked at the ground afterwards , I noticed water coming from the area where the drains are located on each side of the car, so it doesn't appear the problem is the drains. I wondering if I need to replace the Gasket on the sunroof and if any of you had this work done or have a different suggestion.

2006 S40 AWD turbo...thanks

I was just contemplating this area on my V50. It's a cool flexible gasket. If it is flexible all around and touching the opening, I would still suspect the drains.

There is a large rain gutter area beneath the gasket, with a drain at each corner. I would try testing the drains again. It should handle at least a gentle 1/4" stream of water into the gutter.

My drains were blocked at the top as well as the 90 deg bend at the bottom.
