My garage was broken into last night and my V70R stolen. Car was unlocked and there was not a key. I am just sick. Police took report but any suggestions? Said it looked like a pro job cause they also cleaned out garage.

Here the info: V70R - Black in mint condition, 2003, sunroof, navigation system, multiple CD player, 45,000 miles, camel leather interior with Thule bike rack. Vin # - YV1SJ52Y642415530, CA License # 5FRH510, original alloy wheels.
Any thoughts will be helpful. I love this car!

 

I hate to say it but if there is not a child in the car you can kiss it goodbye. I had a car stolen and actually got behind it one day and called the police. They really did not care. Started putting me off on the phone. The most frustrating thing I think I had ever experienced. I actually had to go home and take a power nap to cool off. The car actually cruised around my town for 2 or 3 years after it was stolen, I'd see it every few months or so. The 1st time I seen it the license plate was changed.

Take a deep breath and start looking for another car. I hope you had full coverage.
