HP DV6000 Sound Does Not Work
This HP Laptop DV6000 has been a pain in the butt since I put it together. One day the sound works and the next day it doesn't. Now it will NOT reconize the sound card and will NOT install the audio driver.
I'm running VISTA on this thing. If anyone knows a good solution please let me know. I have installed 2 different drivers from the HP support website and neither works.

I remember when Vista first came out. I waited about 6 months to get a nice laptop with Vista on it. About 25 days into it I took it back to the store (Office Depot) and got my money back. Got tired of all the constant updates and other strange issues.
