Guys , the man has a cordless impact wrench! That's how you know there's a PRO in the house! Also when a noobie takes 45 minutes to try and take fuel filter off and can't. Then it takes tech 10 seconds like a pit crew taking wheels off....lol....Ok, enought thread jacking from me... Back to what you did to your cars!

Today I called in from work (cough, cough) and I spent 1.5 hrs cleaning the interior of the 240, then I too the rear drivers side door panel and fixed the window pulley system (when I would lower it it would go down crooked). There was a broken tab. Then I spent 30 minutes re-running vaccum tubing thru the car for a boost gauge. Then managed to break the groud wire so another 10 minutes fixing that.....

wash and wax (been a year!), cleaned abs sensors (did not help my cause) and loosened the parking brake cables. due to our draconian safety inspection on the parking brake, i tightened it up good. a little too good on the right rear, i couldn't move the wheel by hand!

i gained 4mpg! best mod ever.

I put my headlight wiper back together. I broke it the other day and glued it together with some Gorilla Super Glue.

Installed the custom Led I made on the shifter. Tried to take a pic at night but POS camera would not let me take one.

Drove the 240 to the car wash this morning, took pictures of it and it started RAINING! Also posted the 240 on Craigslist as I want to trade for a 240 wagon.

Not today actually but week and a half ago had new rotors and Akebono Euro Ceramic pads installed on the S60.

NO DUST! After 10 days wheels still clean.

Found a nice Pick and Pull and got a new drivers seat with perfect foam and springs. All I have to do is swap the cloth! picked up a nice old Volvo clock and a new sunvisor with a clip. Bought the rear tail lights and realized that mine have the chrome trim and this one is black....

Spent most of the day rebuilding the drivers side seat of the 240. The foam was so badly deteriorated, the carpet looked like it was snowing orange pill. Also whenever you sat, you sunk in the middle since the springs were all broken. Not fun to drive! Took the seatcovers off and also saw what 23 years of FUNK looked like on the inside (yuck) so I put them in the washer! Now I know why it costs $500 bucks to rebuild one!

This seat was so worn out, it fell apart when I took the covers off!. Notice the color of the funk(y) foam!

New seat and foam! perfect in every way and it was from a 83 wagon. Older seat but in better shape!

That's all your a$% is being suported by! That's it........

Took both seat bottom spring retention frames off both seats and made it into one with Zipties. Hopefully the 2 will better handle the load rate and keep the seat in good condition for years to come .
