Default What do you do?

Alright the Titans (ie the old guys around here seem bored so i'll try to help), RSPI, Andrew, Burn Stains, etc, etc

Stopped in the local stop and rob the other day to get milk, vitamin D for the tot and skim for the rest of us, two gallons. Threw in the obligatory snickers bar and the kid charged me $5 and change. Milk is over $4 a gallon so he missed 1. I told him and paid the proper amount, but Im curious, what do you guys and gals do when your at a store and the mope behind the counter forgets to charge you for some of it?

As a side note our nieghbor got 25 sheets of T1-11 siding for the cost of 5 once because of this...

I always tell them they messed up. I feel way to guilt if I don't. But, if they mess up and I don't notice it and leave the store, I don't go back and tell them they messed up. I am just to lazy to do that.

LMBO, OK, you're right. Maybe not on the old side but I'll take that.

I usually correct them and take the slap in the back of the head from my wife when we get in the car. I'm also the type that try to control the amount and type of change I have in my pocket so I usually pay some odd amount. Example: If my tab is $18.63, I'll likely pay $20.13. That way I get $1.50 back. It usually gives the person at the register a mild seizure. All they have to do is enter the amount in the computer (cash register - if they're still called that).

Also, I seldom leave without noticing, I'm pretty quick on the change. Now if the worker tells me to walk and not worry about it, they don't have to say it twice. I'm outta there.

What in the world is a T1-11?

Yes I meant old in the around the forum long time, lots of posts way...

T1-11 is sheet siding usually on barns, sheds, think particle board with a weather ressistant coating on one side.

Can't name the movie but here is a fresh story.

Today I went to Wal-Mart to have a couple of tires put on the Saturn and they plan to have you stuck in the store for no less than an hour. Well, while walking around my wife sets a small item on top of the inside of her purse because she doesn't want it to drop through the cart, and tells me to remind her she put it there so she doesn't walk out without paying for it. About 20 minutes later, we are getting in the car and she sees it. She is standing at the car just about freeking out and I say, "go back in and pay for it". Without hesitation, she goes back in and pays for it. She'll keep the change but wont keep the item. Go figure.

Thats a good one, when our daughter was about 2 we were at wally, she was sitting in the cart and hid a little soft spongebob doll and stole it! I went back in and the manager said not to worry about it (in playing with it the tag had disapeared).

Ya got me on the movie qoute as well...
