Man, I don't know what one of my neighbors is on. I was across the driveway polishing my car with my buffer, had a little music going and one of my neighbors stumbled out of his apartment. I think he was trying to walk down the driveway to see his buddy but simply could not make it. He was tying to walk, taking 1/2 steps and stopping every 5 feet to catch his bearing. Then he heard my music and was trying to figure out where it was coming from. He stopped and leaned all over the car next to mine, I thought he was going to loose his cookies but he didn't. As I was buffing one side, he then made his way over to my car and was leaning on it trying to dance I guess. Then it looked like he was trying to talk but couldn't.

About this time his buddy spotted him and come over and tried to get him. Asking him if he was alright. He couldn't answer. So he tried to walk him to his place but he kept turning to my car listening to my music. So I turned my music off figuring he would walk away but he looked like he was trying to get in my car to turn the music back on. He then tried to say something to me but couldn't get the words out. He buddy tried a few more times to get him away from and off my car but I told him not to worry about him so he walked away. A few minutes later he tried to light a cigarette but lost his lighter on the car next to me.

He sat down for a few minutes and I told him to get out of my way so he went back to his apartment. I think I'm going to see him sober, verify that he is sober, then kick his ***. I'll probably just knock him out so he wont be bruised up and get me in trouble.

What do you guys think he is on? Crack? Meth? Or a combination of a few things. I don't recall seeing him drinking but then again, I don't pay to much attention to the people around me in the mess they're in.

 

Zombie apocalypse. jk, he was on something strong, you shouldn't let your guard down, ppl are losing their minds all over the country.

Keep and eye on him....cokehead/crack/meth..u never know nowadays... Especially if you got young kids at home..its getting so u cant trust anyone anymore....
