how to set base timing 7.4GLPHUS
I have a 1996 Volvo penta GLPHUS, carb with an obsolete election ignition system but it still works great and need to set the timing. However I can't find anything on how to set the base timing. There has to be a way to turn off the advance to set the base timing, thx!
