V8 300 EVC - belt dust + noise (video attached)
Hi,
See & listen to the attached 5MB video I uploaded of the impeller vibration that started last week.
My V8 300 EVC has never had this shake before from the impeller, but been running smoothly.
I think it's also eating the belts (see the black dust all over). The belts are tight, no visible damage, but clearly there is.
The actual pulley/impeller surfaces on quick exception I cannot see any rust that would eat them.
But more concerning why is it running rough from the shake on the impeller.
Does it just look like its due for a change or anything more you can say from watching this?

I have seen this question in other forums. Basically remove the belt and check every component the belt touches including idlers and tensioners. Make sure they all are in good shape with the shaft spinning freely.
The other thing is alignment of all the pulleys.
