Service and Inspection Report:


We brought this clean Volvo in for service and found it to be in very good order. The prior ONE OWNER kept this vehicle clean and we really didn’t find anything that needed attention. We did the service that would take the vehicle to the next interval and marked the book for you.

Although the timing belt appeared to be recently changed, we installed a NEW TIMING BELT, tensioner and idler wheel so that you wouldn’t have to wonder about the last service. While we were servicing the timing belt, we installed new Denso® brand spark plugs. We typically do spark plug changes with the timing belt service.

Moving along, we did an oil change, even though one was done recently. We wanted everything to be up to date for the new owner.

The air filter has just been changed so we vacuumed the debris out of the air box that accumulates during driving.

We finished under the hood by removing and cleaning the electronic throttle control (ETC) which is a good idea for vehicles so equipped. Our diagnostic software showed everything in the powertrain control systems to be in order.

Moving to the chassis, the brakes looked good, both front and rear.

The climate control worked just fine so we installed a new cabin air filter.

We were about to install new wiper blades, but, they’re new.

All in all, we did what would have amounted to $1,200 worth of service to this vehicle if you bought all of this after the sale yourself! Shop around and then ADD IT UP! That’s the Grove Automotive Group, Inc. difference. We service our cars and we do most all of the work internally. We don’t use some rhubarb pie tobacco-spitting shop that cuts corners and tells more lies than Carter has peanuts. We do the work ourselves so that we know that it is done RIGHT!
