Hello,

My name is Marc and I live in Alberta Canada and I used to be a Volvo Enthusiast. I currently own a 1994 850 turbo and have not driven it for almost 6 years, during those 6 years the car has sat outside through very cold winters and it currently sits unused beside my house. I hate to see it wasting away so Ive decided to sell it, trouble is its fairly modified and no one wants it in its current condition, so I though maybe I could start parting it out, and that way most of the parts I have could go to people who would use them and get more enjoyment out of them than I am. I've included some pictures to show what has been done to the car so people can get an idea what parts are available. Mods any advice you can give me as to selling some of these parts would be great, also if this isn't the right thread for this if you could move it for me

Man, is it a US spec car? I'm surprised you didn't get any bites on it.

You should list parts on eBay and the classifieds. Just start the bidding at $10 per part. Doesn't sound like you need the car or money since it's been sitting for 6 years.

 

Its actually a Canadian car, and where I live people don't have much interest in lowered europeon cars, ya my plan was to put some parts on eBay, I'm just leaning towards favoring the Volvo communities

 

Way to nice to part out if it is currently in the condition of the photos depiction.
Try advertising it on the Swedespeed forum. Many in there are keen on mods so you should get some interest.

Good lord, man! Looking through your imgur file, you're sitting on a gold mine. Well, maybe a silver mine, but still.

Personally, I'd be interested in the intercooler, intake tubing, springs, and IPD skid plate. And that's just the stuff I can see. But, seeing as how I'm in Texas, shipping would likely be too rich for my blood. You should really do a part-out thread. Good luck.

 

I'm currently asking $4500 for it, and that includes the factory wheels with tires, 5 speed m56h with gripper LSD and all the parts to convert it, and an s60r exhaust manifold that has been ported and ceramic coated, I will get some pictures up once I get home from work

 

Ok here is some picture of the cars current state and some of the parts I'm looking to sell. If anyone has suggestions of price (or offers!) on some of the stuff that would be greatly appreciated as I've been out of the loop for some time

the M56H trans that I have, its in really good shape, currently apart to install the LSD but I never finished, all I did was mount the main gear to the LSD

all this stuff is for sale, I don't have any prices listed because I'm not to sure what this stuff is worth any more and I just want to see it get used instead of collecting dust so please make me an offer on anything you're interested in. I know that because of my location shipping might not be cheap to certain states so I'm willing to let things go cheaper to help offset shipping costs
