Macro photography at night feat. S70

I was driving home this past weekend and had my camera with me and took a few shots around the car. Most didn't turn out either because of vibration or focus, but here are a couple that did.

What does macro do? I have it on my camera and never knew what the point of it was.

Nice I like the tach one....

Macro mode is for close up shots.....I use it when ever I am 3 feet or closer to the object.....
