First I want to thank Pierce for all of the knowledge Sharing.


I want to buy a new Fuel Sending Unit for my son's 1993 Volvo 240 Wagon. From past experience, URO parts are in question. I am pretty sure the in-tank pump is not working because the in-line pump seems to be working pretty hard.


The Fuel Sending Unit from Rock Auto is manufactured by URO, can you suggest a different place to purchase the unit or should I first inspect the unit in the tank to make sure the metering device is actually broken or maybe the wire is just bad. This way all I have to do is purchase the in-line and in-tank pump replacements. Only replacing the in-line because he might be worn out from doing the work of two pumps.
