Default [HELP] 1991 240 : Front Wipers & Washers issues

Yes i know, another thread about it:

The back windshield wipers and washer works. But the front doesn't do anything

- Fuse #2 is ok
- Mass of the lever was not checked because the buttons for back wipers obviously work
- NO volts to the motor (every speeds, every cable combination)
I do have this weird red wire hanging around (not sure where he's supposed to be or how even got out), attaching a picture. You can see there's already a red cable to the connection, and honnestly no way he got away on his own.

Also, is my washer on the same electric as my wipers ? Coz they stopped working at the same Time
Need help thanks guys !

Default Update

the previous owner installed a switch that cut off the wipers and washers.

I've been playing with it since I got the car thinking it wasn't wired but the ****er is the reason I focused on the problem for the past week

Why would someone install a switch for the wipers ??

That not connected insulated female spade terminal is to connect a remote starter switch - to be able to spin the engine over using a remote switch from under the hood. The wiring goes through the neutral starting switch (if an automatic) to prevent the car starting in gear.

And Hey that's s DIESEL - didn't think any of those still ran, congratulations!

There must be some issue causing the wipers to run constantly so the PO installed the switch; probably some wiring or wiper switch issue.
