anyone know of a place to get some quality rubber window seals to replace my leaky ones? looking for windshield, rear window, and both rear cargo side windows.

So basically, everything but the 4 roll up windows, right? The windshield on your car has no solid seal per se. It is sealed w/ butyl rubber out of a caulking gun. If the windshield itself is leaking, it is possible to gently pop the metal trim off and attempt to reseal the butyl rubber using modern polyurethane windshield sealer. Honestly, it's worth a shot but seldom satisfactory. Resealing a windshield effectively involves removing the glass, getting rid of all the funky, nasty butyl rubber (it never dries) and doing it over again. Money aside, the very best solution for long term, is to replace it w/ a 91+ 240 windscreen. It has a built in rubber seal that is part of the windshield. These windscreens will retrofit to all 240s as well as all the way back to the 1967 140 series. No more nasty butyl rubber. A word of caution...lie to the windshield company and tell them you have a 91, 92 or 93 240. Many of them do not know the new style will not only work better but is much easier for them to install.
As for the hatch and the 2 cargo windows, second hand quality ones are your best bet...I do not think the cargo seals availab.le...do not know about the hatch seal.
There is a fellow on turbobricks.com who generally has the cargo seals. I've bought and sold w/ him several times and can vouch not only for his knowledge but his honesty as well. His screen name is Redwood Chair; register at the sight and send him a pm.

ok no gasket? then what are you calling the rubber all around the windshield that joins the glass to the body? will the new seal for a 90's on be able to accommodate the chrome trim ring?

Pre 91 uses gooey, sticky, nasty as poo butyl rubber which is applied essentially w/ a caulk gun. The glass is set directly into it. To me, a gasket or a seal is a solid item. The 91+ has a rubber seal fused to the perimeter of the windshield and then the complete assembly is popped into the hole. Sorry...91+ has no provision for the trim.
