1982 Volvo 240 GL 4-door sedan for sale
1982 Volvo 240 GL 2.1 Litre, 4-door Sedan– $7,500
MILAGE; 71,298
This car has been owned since 2006, with 65k miles and now it has 71k. It has never driven in winter, because it is originally from California. Unfortunately, I have to endure the winter, but I keep it in climate-controlled storage all winter. This car has had two previous owners. I fell in love with Volvos after working for a Swedish company and found this one on Volvo Club of America, of which I've been a member for almost 8 years now. My boss turned me onto them and over the years I've owned 6 Volvos, both newer and older. It is a great car that has always been very reliable and fun to drive. I have all the original paperwork, records, and owners manual.
One of my hobbies is racing cars, which has instilled the mantra of replacing parts before they fail. Therefore, I typically over maintain my automobiles and keep them running very well. There's absolutely no rust or chipped paint. Everything looks almost new; except for a small ding on the trunk and the dashboard has two sun cracks, as you can see in the pictures.
Below is an itemized listing of maintenance and modifications I've made to the care over the years. It has a nice cream exterior, a sharp mohair upholstery blue interior and head covers, spare rear seat covers, power windows, power locks, manual sunroof, aftermarket CD player and stereo, rubber floor mats, Hella headlights.
I'm more than happy to send more pictures or take a video of the car and answer any questions or provide any further information you need for the car.

a bit much yes,
I am thinking of 3900 to 5000 max, and yes I consider the miles but it has 30 year old rubber and other parts...K-jet is easy to fix but a warm up regulator can cost you 400 dollars and I know of two locations to get them..one in Texas and the other is a junk yard.
Reasons:
1) Not a wagon
2) color is just plain white
3) quad SQUARE lights and not the CIRCLE ones
4) Its classic but aside from the headlights it just looks like any other late eighties or 90 Volvo 240....
Would I buy it...yes but not for 7 grand....

Anything is worth what somebody will pay for it.
Generally, the uninitiated place way too much value on low miles. Personally this car does nothing for me: another boring 240, probably the ugliest front end of any Volvo... "Mohair" interior? Really? Keys, as "negotiable spare parts"... Hmm.
I don't know, my BS detector kind of went off...

Perhaps this is the clientele I'm seeking. If a seahorse-shaped Cheeto can sell on ebay for $100, it might not be too far of a reach. I'm just hoping someone likes this style as much as I do. Whether you agree or not, I put just about as much into the car as the original sale price.

Well, you know what they say, "no one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American consumer..."
If you can get it, more power to you!
I can certainly think of many more and much crazier purchases than a $7,500 for an old Volvo... Is it better to pay $15,000 for a P1800? To each his own...
