1984 240 injectors not firing
Hi all,
I just purchased this 240 that was running (two days) but has recently stopped.
History:
Had a new ECU put in, fuel relays, and wiring harness. MAF was replaced by some one with an old 740 turbo numbers ending in 007. The MAF was bad I know and seems to have blown the ECU. Got a new ECU and MAF from a donner 85' 240 and put them in. Problem is that the injectors are still not firing Plenty fuel getting to the rail and both fuel pumps are working fine. Any ideas what else could be stopping the injectors from opening other than the ECU? Is there a way to test the ECU other than taking it to a Volvo dealer?? Any help you all might provide would be greatly appreciated.
Stephen
