Default 1985 245 Turn Signal/Hazard Not working

Ok, so I read on here somewhere that if only the turn signals weren't working that it was probably the turn signal switch, but that if both weren't working it was probably the ignition switch.
So, I just replaced the ignition switch and neither are still not working!

Any ideas??

any lighting (or other electrical) problem, what you should do is get the wiring diagram, study it, and go over the circuits with a volt meter til you find an anomaly.

if you have power at fuses 11-12-13 when the ignition is 'on', then your ignition switch wiring is fine. fuse 13 goes to pin (hard to read) of the hazard warning switch via a blue-red wire. a white wire comes from hazard switch pin 49 to the flasher relay pin 49, and a yellow wire goes from flasher pin 49a to turn signal switch pin 49a. this wire should be powered when the hazard lights are off.

if that flasher relay is dead, none of the turn signals OR hazard flasher will work. according to the 1985 greenbook, your flasher relay is at the bottom left of the center console, below the heater adjustment lever, and left/behind the lower stereo box.
