Turn/Hazard Signals Not Working (and alot more issues) - 95 850 T5-5
Ok, I just bought a 1995 850 T5-R a few days ago, and I have been trying to figure out some issues with it.
1.) The turn/hazard signals are not functioning. Headlights work both High and Low beams.
2.) When I turn my car on at night, my instrument panel will light up as well as my shifting column. But after about 1-3 seconds, they will kick off and everything in the car will be dark.
3.) Does anyone have a recommendation of a good interior repair person in Southern Cal (I just moved out here), I would like to get the roof interior replaced, and the drivers seat has separated in the middle of where the bum goes
4.) Does the 95 T5-R use a regular OBD-II computer or does it need a special volvo OBD-II?
Thanks for for your time

1. Maybe the hazard switch is bad. Also check all fuses.
2. My bet is the dimmer switch is bad.(I had to replace mine after I got it)
3. Sorry live in FLA.
4. On the 95 the OBDII only reads engine codes. You have to use the OBDI under the hood for the rest of the systems.

That tells me that the bulbs, wiring, and flasher unit are all good. Having the headlights on high-beam should not make any difference. Therefore, I am starting to suspect that the turn signal switch on the steering column might be the issue.
