hello everyone. my friend has a 1985 740 gle that is having some starting problems, it cranks but will only start after sitting overnight. then after turning the car off and trying to start again it will not start. here are the things that have checked and these things checked out fine: the battery, battery posts and cables, fuel pump relay (disassembled and re-soldered all connections, found bad connections). our next guess is the fuel filter???or the fuel pump. at this point we are up in arms and need some assistance if anyone can help out? thanks alot.

 

check on the main fuse box if the 25amp fuel fuse have good contact.
