New to Volvos and looking to possibly buy one. Was the 3rd row seat available in the 740 wagons in 1985? If one did not have it,is it something that can be swapped from one in a junk yard or were there big differences in the structures on those without the 3rd row seating?

I don't know if they were available frorm Volco in 1985 but I am sure you can put one in from a later model as the basic structure is the same. May have to drill a hole here or there...
