Default 1988 Volvo 740 Turbo; Unusual Problem?

Alright so I'll just make it quick. I have a problem with my 1988 Volvo 740 Turbo sedan. All the windows won't roll back up. Me and my mate did a tune-up on the old girl today and after te tune-up the windows wouldn't go back up. It's not the fuse as its still live and everything else on the fuse works (ie; heater, signals, something else I can't remember). And there is power on the fuse and in the fuse box. But for some reason non of my windows will work. I've tried following the wires, unplugging them, violence, butto spam, the lot. And no luck. Any ideas on what it could be? Any help is much appreciated.

Master switch?
Change that fuse anyway.
Ignition switch? But if the ign. switch was bad there would be other things not working.

The power mirrors still work so, unless its a different thing the master switch should still work. Forgive if I'm wrong, when it comes to electronics I'm hopeless.

Same switch, different circuits.
Do you have power going to the switch? Have to check or else swap the whole switch pack with a known working one...
