Default 1989 244 auto to 1992 245 manual engine swap

Hi Everyone. My GF hit a slick spot in the road and slid my beloved 1989 244 down over a bank into trees/brush and crushed the rear quarters. Fortunately nobody was hurt but my sedan is now a compact. The car is totaled and just isn't worth the $$ to repair. I'm considering swapping the engine over into my very tired 1992 245. The 244 is an auto, the 245 manual. What should I be aware of contemplating the swap? I was planning on a new clutch while I have it apart and new engine/trans mounts. Will I have to change any of the engine electronics over or ? Anything that wouldn't make the swap worthwhile? Thanks in advance.

Should be pretty easy, especially since you have the two cars side by side to swap right across. The M47 is a true 5 speed so no electric OD to worry about... Great time to address the clutch, mounts, etc.
