I'm glad to announce that I've solved the instrument problem! It is just a loose wire on the speedo connector. I took out the wire and squeeze the metal clip and that's it! Thank a lot to Pierce and all the members here!
I replace the ODOMETER 25 tooth gear and broken trip reset. COURTESY; SWEEDISH AUTO PART, $30. Here are a few images of the "Fuse" but more accurately described "PLASTIC CIRCUIT THINGY". I didn't need to touch to disassemble but I did. Moto/Credo "Peterson; doing **** the hard way since 1966". Thanks for the post as soon as I saw "thingy" I knew I was getting the REAL GOOD STUFF!! No lights or gauges🤤😓 No dummy! That'll do pig!😁 Whala, translated; Wha`la

Power comes into the cluster through the speedo circuit board (red wire I believe). The power then comes down to the cluster circuit board through the bare metal U-shaped wire (kinda looks like a staple). If you follow the traces, you'll see it then travels through the plastic circuit fuse. Check to see if you have 12 volts along this path.
