1990 Volvo 240 dies / won't start
Hi!
Hoping someone can give some pointers... I've got a 1990 Volvo 240 5 speed wagon (LOVE IT) but lately it has been dying while driving, and won't start back up. So far, waiting 10 or minutes and trying to start it again will work. When it won't start, I do have spark and I have checked for codes and there aren't any stored.
Anybody know what the fuel pressure should be while cranking? Anyone experience similar issues?
Any help is greatly appreciated 😊

When it dies and won't start, check to ensure your fuel pump is running. To check the pump, turn the key to the II position. You should hear the pump run for a second or two and shut off. If you don't hear the pump, more than likely it is an issue with the fuel pump relay - which is located behind your glove box.
