1991 volvo 240 sedan dist. cap & rotor

I can't seem to remove the rotor off the volvo 240 sedan 1991 Any suggestions?

Pull harder...they get stuck sometimes. Worst case scenario...use a pair of Vise-Grips. If it breaks, it breaks...no big deal.

I just bought a 1991 240 volvo sedan with 145,900 mileage for my 17 year old to go back and forth to school/sports. Do you recommend Volvo's are they reliable? Good running and not a pain with worrying about something breaking everyday. It passed inspection except for a broken front lens on the passenger front directional, I am going to search salvage yards for the lens. Really do not want to put alot of money into this
