Unhappy 1991 Volvo Cranks but won't start

Good Day,
I have a 1991 Volvo 240 Wagon that is turning into a puzzle. Went out about a month ago to move it into my garage. It started but then quit when I hit the accelerator. Since then, it just turns over but won't fire. Thus far I have replaced the fuel system relay, the coil, the Fuel Injector ECU, the Power Stage, the Ignition System ECU, both fuses at #4 and #6, and the CPS. I have power at the coil and have power at fuse #6. I jumped power from fuse #4 to fuse #6 and the fuel pump comes on underneath the car but the car still will not fire up. Checked for codes (Nothing) Getting 1 1 1. Put gas in the tank. Checked wiring, all looks okay. Replaced the Throttle Position Sensor. Also found a thin vacuum hose to be broken from the throttle down near a canister. What should I be looking for next? I'm stuck. I'm thinking that I should trace to see where the power stops. Also the cam is turning. Timing belt was changed about 5000 miles ago. Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you pull one of the spark plugs to see if it was wet or dry?

Back to basics verify these three things air fuel spark are you getting spark from the coil are you getting sufficient fuel pressure just cause you hear the fuel pump doesn't mean it is getting fuel through the filter a easy way to check is the shader valve on fuel rail turn key on and press it just to see if it sprays fuel this doesn't mean the pump isn't bad if you ain't got no fuel there's your problem.check the air box to make sure mice haven't made a home in it causing the motor not to get air I have seen that happen and check vacuum lines for holes and chaffing the big lines i.e. Brake booster line.i encountered this same problem on my 940 and what had happen in a nut shell i put a new timing belt on and about 10000 miles later had a no start checked the three things that I just said and lead me to check timing it was off by four teeth on the cam this was caused by the brittle plastic cover that covers the belt piece of plastic with a metal dowel had broke from the cover causing it to fall between the belt and jump timing check those things and let me know what you find Daniel. And I had the 111 code at that time .
