1992 240 taillight problems

1992 240 taillight problems

I just replaced the tail light birds and plug wires and now one of my top brake lights stays on all the time and on the other side one of the night lights only comes on when I press the brake.
Please help! Thank you!

Did you use bulb 1157 for brake lights?

From: 37 North on the left coast

IIRC, the top segment on a 240 is the rear fog lamp and its only on the drivers side. check the switch for this.
