1992 240 wagon Brake Lights

My tail lights work but the brake lights do not. I have replaced the bulbs and cleaned connectors but still doesn't work....I cannot locate the brake light switch....Please help!

The switch is mounted behind the brake pedal. You could also check fuse #7.
