Parts of my sunroof busted off today, i don't know why. what i do know is i need to remove it and fix it. Im pissed off. I have access to a new roof and parts. I just need some guidance.

 

Does anyone have pictures or scan from a shop manual on how to do this?

 

you will need to take the headliner out...this link helps with the headliner removal but doesnt specify how to take the sunroof out...

once you get the headliner out it is pretty easy to see all the bolts that hold the sunroof up. also remove the drain tubes at each corner. when i took my headliner and sunroof out i had to take the front seat out so the headliner would come out with out breaking it, they are somewhat fragile. if you have a waggon you shouldent have this problem. the sunroof is a little tricky to take apart and put back togather but after fiddiling with it for a while i got it back in place.

 

I might have to go with out any headliner, this one is shot and i need to get it out regardless. How can i get a new one? Can i get a new one.

 

I did the job, NIGHTMARE! But its done now. All is good.
