Hey everybody I'm excited to say I finally got a volvo and I am already impressed by it. I got it for $160 bucks so I figured this would be a good car to practice and learn about building a turbo set up for it. I know there is the b230FT model, but I am looking to turbo it with non oem parts so it will look a little better and hopefully teach me some things doing it from scratch.

Engine block: B230F
Cylinder Head: 1000530 made in Sweden
Transmission: Automatic AW71

I have done some research but have come up with different answers from multiple website forums. My goal is 300whp for this car, I know I won't get my money out of it but I got it for so cheap I feel ok throwing 1000-2000 at it.

I'd like to know how much boost/hp/stress the following components can take or max out at and any suggestions on what parts would work for 300whp goal.

Internals
Transmission
Clutch
Flywheel
Driveline/axle
Fuel Pump
Injectors, should I use the ford injectors that work with this?
Intake
Ecu
Exhaust

Im looking at getting a kit off ebay for everything but the turbo and exhaust manifold.
