1993 volvo 940 turbo
Hi! Does any one have a picture of the hole (port), where the oil return pipe from the turbo, goes into the block?
I bought a used volvo that had water in the oil.
I swapped heads from a non turbo 940 1993.
When i moved the turbo (and the oil return pipe) to take the intake manifold out, i did some ting to the gasket.
So i you have a picture of the hole (port), i will appreciate.
Thank you.
Hector.

i don't have a picture of that handy, but you definitely should use a new seal when you reassemble that, and I would ONLY use a real volvo one, after market seal quality is spotty at best, and this is not something you want to do twice. IIRC< that one is just an o-ring around the end of the oil return pipe, it goes into a vertical hole on the lower side of the center of the block... the oil is not under any pressure there, just gravity draining.
do you know, the turbo heads have sodium filled valves, the non-turbos don't? also different cams, but thats readily swapped.

I suspect that block is already installed in one or another of his cars
its NOT at an angle where its at all easy to photograph in the car.
what is it you want to see about this hole? you need a fresh sealing ring 1306264 on end of the pipe before you insert it into the hole. dig out the old sealing ring if it stayed in the hole first.
I need to replace this on my 92 745T, its dribbling just a tiny bit of oil there. classic british car disease, each time I park it, one drip gets left on the driveway.
