have you checked the bulbs ?
the 4 headlight filaments are wired to fuses 17,18,19,20 in the main fuse panel behind the ashtray.
do the high beams flash if you hold the high/low switch in intermittent flash mode? that goes through fuse 2 and bypasses the headlight relay (whihc is relay "K" in the main fuse panel).
