Default 1994 Volvo 940 Cranks but will not start

Hi, I have a '94 940 non-turbo that will turn over but not start. The car has worked great as of recently when the temperature was quite cold, -20. My 940 has fairly new spark plugs, and also a fuel pump. This same problem occurred last winter, and turned out to be the camshaft sensor. This sensor was replaced at the time and has had no issues until now. The fuel pump relay is working, as I checked it, but I am stuck to find a solution. Tried boosting it and still, no luck. Any advice is appreciated.

you need to determine if its fuel or spark ... engine needs both to run.
