Default 1994 Volvo 940 hard start/rough idle

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and am seeking some Volvo expertise to help the family Volvo. We got her about 6 months ago and she ran fine for the first couple months. Then started to develop a rough idle and hard start. Even with these issues we've put more than 10k miles on her, taking us reliable and safely all over. She pretty much always starts decently in the morning, but once she warms up and sits a while she hard to start(pump the gas to get her going) If I try to start immediately right after running allot of the time she'll start back up. Recently I cleaned the throttle body, put new air filter, and did full tune up. None of this helped. I don't know what to do next. I hear the fuel pump run normally when I switch the ignition, so I don't think it's that. Here's a video I took after a 30min drive and sit for 30min. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ef4P...ature=youtu.be

I didn't pump the gas in this video.

Thank in advance for any insight to help me get her running right.

So, you are experiencing hard starts when warm? Change the Fuel Pressure Regulator, it should take of it...
