b17? Where are you?
This is a rare engine but still a Red Block and as such you should be able to use any manual tranny from a later model 240 even 740...
Complete list, I don't know...
If I did it, I would buy a "donor" car and swap everything over, hence, "where are you", as not sure if you can get a donor as easily as in the US.

at the minimum, it will be all the stuff for the clutch pedal under the dash, the actual transmission and clutch, the shifter and shifter interior trim, the flywheel on the engine crank (automatics have a 'flexdisc' instead of a flywheel), and the driveshaft. if the donor transmission is an M46 4-speed with overdrive, you'll also need the overdrive relay (NOT the same aas the one used for an automatic overdrive) and associated wiring. the OD is wired to only enable overdrive when you're in 4th gear, I'm not sure where this sensor switch is. I don't know offhand if an 84 manual would be a cable vs a hydraulic clutch.
I'd want a tachometer if I had a stick shift, but its not absolutely neccessary. the tach replaces the clock in the dashboard, and a small separate clock is mounted in the center console.
not sure if the differential final drive ratios are the same for 4-speed vs 4+OD vs automatic.
