I was given a 85 240 and the engine harness was removed because of burnt and bare wires. I have gone threw the harness, replaced the burnt wires and reinsuled the dry and cracking ones.

I was hopeing someone could tell me what has to happen in sequeice for the car to start.

I'm thinking the fuel pump relay my have something to do with it.......I can jump the fuse box to get the fuel pump to work but it doesn't seem like the injectors are opening.

BTW I can start the car with starter fluid, so I'm thinking thats telling me it'sa fuel issue.
