Default '93 240 Wagon Starting issues...

Hi there, I am having issues with my 240. I just changed the fuel filter, plugs, cap, rotor, and sprayed out the throttle body. I also just changed the timing belt and all the other acc. belts. I went to start it, and it was very hard to start. I pulled the timing cover back off and made sure that it was timed correctly and it was. It will start with pressing down on the gas pedal and once it starts, it 'lopes' for a few, then if I rev it it smooths out and runs and starts like a champ. It drives great and everything. I tried to pull codes and there are none, no CEL light has come on. The fuel pump by the fuel filter leaks a drop or two every few seconds (is this common?) and I have a replacement on the way. I have read that I should clean out the 'idle motor', what is that? Is it the black box on the back side of the throttle body? What else should I clean out, and should I be careful of damaging anything if I am using 'throttle body spray'? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Scott

No the fuel leak isn't common.
That would also make the Hard start problem as well.

The fuel would bleed back from the engine making it hard to start.
